Mr. Azmi Adawi holds a BSc in Medical Laboratory Sciences from the University of Ben-Gurion, Be’er Sheva, and a MSc from the Department of Human Microbiology and Molecular Biology from the University of Tel-Aviv. Since 2004, Azmi was affiliated to academia and biotechnology companies, gaining much experience in research areas such as viral vector production, cell processing, animal modeling and in-vitro assays.

In February 2010, Azmi was appointed manager of research and development at Lostam BioPharmaceuticals.
