Lostam BioPharmaceuticals Ltd has a panel of five different, potential human therapeutic protein candidates termed LST-003, LST-004, LST-005, LST-006 and LST-007. These biologics are currently being screened at the pre-clinical level using a battery of in-vitro assays and clinically relevant in-vivo models of  Gram-negative infection. By Q4 2010, the company believes it will be able to clearly define the lead candidate(s) for further development.
